Ultimate 4-in-1 reloading tool for your Lock-N-Load AP or single stage Classic press. Tool holds the shell plate and keeps it from rotating while you change plates and tighten the main press screw. Adjusts the tightness of the spindle lock and the lock rings and can tighten or loosen the die flats.
